The pipe relining
process starts with a felt-tube custom cut to the needed length,
and then impregnated with epoxy resins. The tube is then inserted
into the existing, damaged pipe with an air inversion machine. Next,
a long bladder is inserted into the felt tube to hold it firmly against
the damaged "host pipe." The resin impregnated tube "cures" in
approximately three hours and becomes a smooth, hard, root-proof
pipe that will last for many years. Our professional methods leave
your property looking in pre-job condition, if not better. With more
than 1,000 trenchless projects, SGV Underground continues to be the
leader in trenchless pipe replacement.
